Time
in transit is for major city centers across Canada
and USA, smaller cites/towns and remote areas may
require additional time. Shipments to other
countries and/or remote areas will require
additional postage and may require additional time
in transit. The term "Remote Areas" refers to remote
or isolated communities such as postal/zip codes
that begin with X/Y.
Above shipping costs/time are approximate and may
differ from the tables posted above due to weight,
size and your distance from ATS Shipping Depot.
If there is a additional charge, you will be
notified after order is placed. Expedited may
be used if time in transit is less then the UPS /
Purolator time in transit and vice versa.
Times in transit are based on in stock items
available for immediate shipment and does not
include items which are special order item(s).
Shipping
and Delivery Estimates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities at ATS Systems. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether you have requested that we minimize the number of shipments or ship items as they become available.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.
We calculate delivery
estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and
adding the time it takes a package to travel from
our facilities to your destination address.
Custom computer systems and notebook systems may
require 2-4 days for system build and testing.
Delivery estimates do not include time in customs when entering countries.
Domestic and International
Shipping
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and
import duties of the country to which you have your
order shipped. Please contact your countries import
documentation for more information.
Please note: For your
protection, any order valued at $100 or more will be
sent via a traceable method - a proof of delivery
will be received and processed by ATS. Any customs,
duty charges and brokerage are always the
responsibility of the recipient.
Verification
Incorrect information provided
upon order for the Bill To/Sold To (name and address
or phone number) can cause a delay. We require the
exact address, phone number as listed on file with
the credit card company. If this information
does not match what is on file, this may cause a
delay in your order. Free shipping does not
apply to orders that do not pass verification.
Orders that do not pass
verification and/or are declined will be upgraded to
signature confirmation and/or expedited delivery.
